Our Return to Running Program is designed to help you regain strength after a break — whether due to injury, pregnancy, or a busy schedule. It focuses on building stability and endurance while respecting your body’s signals and supporting long-term progress.

Run Your Way, Your Terms

Your coach guides you through every rep, interval, and recovery day. You’ll receive personalised feedback on performance metrics (pace, distance, perceived effort) and adjustments based on how you feel. Outside of sessions, quick check-ins by message help you stay accountable and troubleshoot any niggles before they become setbacks.
